Terms of service

A confirmed one-time Stripe payment purchases promotional placement for the submitted listing; it does not purchase an endorsement, quality rating, subscription, customer account, or guaranteed rank duration.

Placement uses cumulative confirmed payment amounts. Other listings may pay at any time. Matching totals are ordered by when the listing reached that total. Failed, abandoned, invalid, duplicated, and unrelated-product payments do not count. Refunded amounts stop contributing.

Anyone may pay to raise a listing, but submitters must provide a safe public HTTPS destination and must not misuse another party's name, marks, content, or rights. RankAI may reject or remove unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or nonconforming listings.

Stripe hosts the secure payment page and sends payment receipts. Refund availability is not promised by leaderboard position and remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the payment. Placement can fall immediately after a refund is recorded.

The service is provided as available to the extent allowed by applicable law.
